Pacino Bing is a visionary brand builder with 14 years of success creating, scaling, and positioning market-leading cannabis brands. As the founder of Haymaker Cannabis, he expanded into 55+ retail locations through sharp brand storytelling, strategic partnerships, and culturally relevant marketing campaigns.
Pacino’s expertise spans concept development, market positioning, product flow, and revenue growth strategies that dominate competitive categories.
At STRC, he leads the charge in transforming creative concepts into powerful, profitable brands with lasting market impact.

Dan Dicapite – Co-Founder STRC NYC, Chief Creative Officer
Dan Dicapite leads Canna Supply House, STRC’s trusted partner in premium, child-resistant cannabis packaging — delivering branding, packaging, and strategic consulting to some of the industry’s most influential brands. With 25 years of creative and business leadership, Dan’s track record includes serving as Online Creative Director for ESPN The Magazine and founding Codi Studios, a multi-disciplinary design agency specializing in branding, web, and app development.
Armed with degrees in Business Management and Architecture & Design from Cornell University, Dan merges creative precision with operational discipline.
At STRC, he ensures every package is more than compliant — it’s a brand asset engineered to win on the shelf and in the consumer’s hand.

Harris Lobel – Creative Director
Harris Lobel is STRC’s creative engine — a New York–born and bred brand architect who turns culture into commerce. With deep roots in the city’s street art and design scene, Harris merges bold storytelling, immersive visuals, and cultural authenticity to create brands that can’t be ignored. His portfolio spans large-scale public art installations, high-impact brand campaigns, and collaborations with globally recognized artists.
At STRC, Harris doesn’t just design — he builds visual ecosystems that make brands instantly recognizable and impossible to forget, ensuring every launch has both cultural weight and commercial firepower.

From Queens graffiti walls to global art festivals, Zimer’s work bridges street and fine art. His murals have appeared at the World Trade Center, London’s South Bank, and beyond, with clients including MTV, Vice, and Virgin Records.

With over 30 years of experience in production and marketing and nearly 15 years as an entrepreneur and policy voice in New York’s cannabis space, Saki Fenderson brings both depth and vision to Structure NYC. Her career has always lived at the intersection of creativity and strategy—whether producing large-scale events, building campaigns, or helping brands navigate the industry’s many complexities.
At Structure NYC, Saki channels her expertise into shaping experiences that are both compliant and compelling. She thrives on turning challenges into opportunities, merging operational insight with a passion for innovation. For our cannabis brands in New York’s fast-moving legal market, Saki ensures we not only meet industry standards but also excel in quality, cost, and care.

Tiffany McBride is STRC’s legal weapon — a 20+ year corporate law veteran, former Managing Director of Social Equity Ventures at Jay-Z–backed The Parent Company, and a driving force behind some of the most high-profile cannabis equity initiatives in the country. She’s launched groundbreaking ventures like Josephine & Billie’s, LA’s first Black woman–owned dispensary, while negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts, securing IP portfolios, and building airtight compliance frameworks in one of the most regulated industries on earth.
